Today I went fishing with Nick, Heather, Sarah, and Nate from Erie, PA.

The adults casted jigheads with grubs and I got the kids set up with two hook-bottom rigs. We got into fish right away. Nick's first two casts produced a Lizardfish and a puppy drum. Sarah scored next with a double header of Pinfish. The first of several. It was pretty much non-stop catching for the kids and the adults did well too. The puppy drum continued to bite and a few flounder came to dinner also.

On the down side, we did manage to lose a few nice fish close to the boat. The live well was a big hit today but in the end, all fish were released back into the water unharmed.

It was a very pleasant morning spent with some very nice people. Go Steelers!
