Today I went fishing in the Chesapeake Bay, launching out of Cape Charles, Virginia. For the past 15 years, I have been taking this trip with several of my close friends.

The target was trophy Striped bass. We searched eight hours for a monster, received two bites, and landed one fish, which weighed over 45 pounds.

I have had better days on the water but it was great to fish with my friends.
