Inshore Fishing Report
Today was an all guys day out on one of my OBX kid's fishing trips. Garrett was on board with his sons Tucker and Jordan, accompanied by Tony with his son Charlie.
Tucker the oldest (five), had a goal to catch 15 fish this summer and already had caught one before today. The count at the end of the day was 28 fish. This was a team effort and that was the boat total but Tucker did catch more than anyone else. He had a hook set that was awesome. He also picked up two or three doubles which helped his total.
The two three year olds did just as well but took more breaks to check out fish in the live well and have snacks.
The dads did an excellent job of keeping sunscreen on the kids and kept the water bottles out constantly. Everybody caught fish and wore big smiles. I had another great trip because of the company that I get to share.
If you are interested in my OBX kid's fishing trips, I still have a couple spots left in August.
