Columbia High School's Wildcat Anglers »
My high school fishing club went fishing on Jennette’s Pier® today. The sun was shining, the weather was warm, the water was warm, and the fishing was warm. There were eight Wildcat Anglers and they were all catching fish (at least one). Even Mr. Ziegler caught fish in between being snagged on some old pilings. All of the kids showed good pier etiquette and there were no tangles with other lines. A good time was had by all.
I want to give a special thank you to Jennette’s Pier for giving our club free passes to get on the pier. It was a gracious act and all of us really appreciated it. It is an awesome place to enjoy the ocean and get an education at the same time. We will be back again.
I also want to thank TW’s Bait & Tackle® and Fishing Unlimited® for their generous donations of baits and tackle. The support of all of these businesses makes it possible for our club to go fishing.
