Note: This public launch is located on the west side of the Washington Baum Bridge in Manteo, directly across from Pirate's Cove Marina.
From US 158 W, take US 64 West at milepost 16.5 toward Manteo. Drive about one mile and you will be on the Washington Baum Bridge. After you have crossed the bridge, turn left at the first traffic light and follow the access road to the parking lot.
